I am so excited to share this news! Brad Blue's book, “‘Twas the Night before Christmas” is published & copies are available now! I am so honored to have been a part of this project. Thank you for entrusting me to depict your phenomenal writing, Brad Blue, about the very first night before Christmas. This project has been in the works for some years, and the wait was well worth it.

"Penny Picks it Up" is my first published children's book. This project was a collaboration of mine and my brother as a gift for our sister. Sometimes there is just a perfect storm of creativity that results in something really great. This book is just that. During her pregnancy of our niece, Penny, my sister would discover lost, or misplaced shoes all around. When she told me this, it got my wheels turning. I had recently vacationed with my husband to an island where any lost or discarded shoe found would be nailed onto the hut to remain there until claimed once more. This fun children's story is depicted in the most imaginative way by the incredibly talented, Josh Robery. Let’s all clean up our messes and keep track of our things, but we can all be sure of one thing, Penny picks it up. Copies are available for purchase
When I'm not creating, you can bet that I am reading... or browsing for more books to add to my home library. I love to get lost in stories and curl up with my kiddo and read something great together. I love seeing the love of reading grow in her as time goes on. I'm THAT person, who gives books at baby showers, birthdays, Christmas, and just because I want to give you a book for no reason at all.
All my life, I have enjoyed writing and telling stories. I developed a dream to someday be a children's book author. It was only a few years ago I made that dream come true! "Penny Picks It Up" was my first published children's story in 2015. I am so blessed for the tremendous support and encouragement of those closest to me, without you this would not have been possible.
I am excited to announce that I have since written several more stories and am currently in the process of illustrating them myself.
